The Impossible Shapes: Manifesto

Since officially forming sometime around 1997, the members of The Impossible Shapes have only had one goal: freedom. We wish to loosen the chains that have held us since birth. Each recording is a large step towards this ultimate goal. Freedom is the single most important thing. Personnel does not matter. Instruments do not matter. Recording equipment does not matter. Technical ability certainly doesn't matter. All we need is love, and the ability to express that love through song. Also, we have done some experimenting along the way, and we will continue to do so. Always, of course, keeping in mind our original intentions. Our sound shall be one of exploration, discovery, and surprise. We hope that we can take many people along with us as well.
